We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

- Order & account info: name, email, shipping address, and (if you contact support) any details you provide.
- Payment: processed securely by Stripe; we don’t store full card numbers.
- Usage: basic device, log, and analytics data to improve site performance and security.

- Send order updates and occasional service emails (you can opt out of promos anytime)

Do Not Track

How to make a request: email support@restaurant.art with the subject “California Privacy Request”. We will verify your identity (for example, by confirming order details or email ownership). You may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by 45 days where reasonably necessary.
Data Security
We use TLS (SSL) and industry practices to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Users
We are U.S.-based. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S.
